Meredith McClintock, CEO of Ready Solar has been replaced by Robert Giles, founder of SilkRoad Resources, a private equity firm. Ready Solar ostensibly supplies pre-assembled, all AC solar systems. McClintock remains on the Board.

Ty Jagerson, former VP Corporate Development at SolFocus has left the firm to head to found Simple Energies, which develops integrated renewable energy projects for large energy consumers.  He will continue at SolFocus as a consultant.  

Hans Olsen is replacing Terri Fiez as CEO of NEA-funded microinverter startup Azuray. Fiez is returning to the safety of her Oregon State University professorship. Other microinverter startups are listed here.
